#Giving Tuesday: It’s Not Too Late!

If you missed #GivingTuesday on November 27th, that’s okay. It’s never too late to help… or to want to make a difference … or to be a part of the change you want to see in Indian country!!

In our original blog post for #GivingTuesday, we asked folks to think about these questions:

Why is it that less than 1% of philanthropic giving goes to support Native American causes?

Why are American Indians the most underserved group in the US, despite the fact that they gave the most?

Why do most Americans seem to not know that forced colonization continues to cost the Indian people? Is this just an inconvenient truth? Or do we not want to know?

If you haven’t pondered all of this before, please do so now. Visit our #GivingTuesday portal. And consider whether you’d like to help the people who were here first and who helped America survive, despite the cost to them.
