Annual Reports Tell the Story
National Relief Charities’ 2010 annual report was recently completed and I am so pleased. It is interesting to see the results of a full year of hard work summarized in so few pages.
Our report this year is entitled “The Value of Trust Relationships.” NRC is very focused on providing our services in a manner that enhances the dignity of the people we serve. The values that guide our work — and that have enabled us to work effectively and consistently in Indian country for over 20 years — are described in our 2010 report.
Of course, non-profits are not required to have an annual report. But I think it’s critically important that we do. It gives us a chance to tell our story, to share our annual accomplishments with all of our stakeholders, and to recognize important contributors to our work. It also gives us another way to help educate the public about the need on remote reservations as well as the beauty of Indian country.
Will you please take a few minutes to view our annual report and share your feedback with me?
